Cost, Payment and Refund Guidelines

Cost:

EXTENDED Early Bird Rate (must be paid in full prior to March 31, 2024) - $649

Regular Rate (must be paid in full prior to June 7, 2024) - $699

Cost includes 3 nights in a single, air-conditioned room (with a shared hallway bathroom), 8 meals, pre-retreat resources, retreat leadership, handouts, individual spiritual direction (30 minute session) and abundant creative prayer resources that will be available throughout the retreat. Alumni discount and scholarship funds are available upon request.

Payments (PayPal, Venmo, Check):

$50 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to hold your space. You will receive an email with payment instructions once your registration form is submitted and available space has been confirmed.

Early Bird Rate ($649) must be paid in full by March 7, 2024.

Regular Rate ($699) must be paid in full by June 7, 2024.

Refunds:

A full refund (minus the $50 deposit) will be provided with written notice prior to June 7 (or any time before the retreat begins if someone from the waiting list is able to fill your spot on the retreat). Between June 7 and June 30, a refund of 50% will be provided. No refunds can be guaranteed after June 30, 2024.
